Retrospective

A retrospective is a standard part of the scrum framework. At the end of a sprint, the team reflects - regardless of the content - on the team process, their way of working, and the mutual relationships. It's a great way to pause, take a breath, and look back at the previous sprint or period. To assess the current way of working in order to identify learnings and become an even better team. A retrospective isn't a meeting only for highlighting things that need attention or improvement, it’s also the time to compliment each other.

Tomorrow we'll close our sprint by doing a retrospective
